Can I refund my reading?

Video Call Refunds: Refunds for video calls are processed manually as our platform, Fourthwall, does not support automatic partial refunds. To initiate a refund, please provide your payment transfer information, such as PayPal or bank account details.
- 60% Refund: If you fail to show up or communicate within 15-30 minutes of the scheduled time, 60% of the fee will be refunded. The remaining 40% covers the reserved time.
- Reschedule: If I am unable to conduct the reading as scheduled, we can reschedule at a convenient time for you. Please contact me via provided means.
If there is no response from the customer regarding the refund within 3 days, the service will be considered complete, and no further refunds will be processed.
What if my reading is not exactly what I want?
