How It Works

How is the process of the reading going through?

Step 1: Provide Contact Information

Make sure to input your phone number or Instagram handle at checkout for easy communication.

Step 2: Receive Google Calendar Booking Link

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing the booking link. You can download this PDF from your order page on our website or from the email sent to you.

Step 3: Schedule and Approval

I will review the scheduled time and approve it once your payment and all necessary details are confirmed.

Step 4: Access Google Meet Link

You can find the Google Meet link in your Google Calendar or in the confirmation email. Please provide your phone number for easy contact.

Step 5: Join the Reading

Terms of Service / Q&A

Can I refund my reading?

Refunds are processed manually as the current Fourthwall platform does not support automatic partial refunds. Please provide your payment transfer information, such as PayPal or bank account details, for processing refunds. If there is no communication before or after 15-30 minutes of the scheduled time, a partial refund will be processed as follows:

  • 60% Refund: If the issue is on your end and you do not show up or fail to communicate within the given timeframe. The remaining 40% is retained for the reserved time.
  • Reschedule: If the issue is on my end and I am unable to conduct the reading as scheduled, we will reschedule the session at a convenient time for you. Please contact me through any provided means.

If there is no news after 3 days for the refund information since the scheduled time, the service is categorized as completed, and there will be no refund you can get back.

What if my reading is not exactly what I want?

Tarot readings provide insights into what you need to hear currently and what is most important regarding your question. If the reading differs from your expectations, it means you need to listen to that message because the Universe or God's plan (The Source of All Sources, the Only One) is best for us. They see beyond what we can as humans.

Why do you need the address even though you don't ship anything?

The address is a standard requirement for orders on this platform, Fourthwall. Kindly input your address in the checkout section. Don't worry; I won't send anything to you unless you purchase a physical product that requires shipping to your address.
