2. Delivery Timing: Depending on demand and my availability, expect delivery of your "Guidiance Messages" within 1 - 3 days.

3. Communication Details: Please ensure your phone number and Instagram handle are provided during checkout for smoother communication.

4. Message Delivery: Your "Guidiance Messages" will be delivered via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Message (IG DM), or Email. Priority is given to WhatsApp or IG DM.

5. Interaction Note: These "Guidiance Messages" are one-way communications, except during video calls.

6. Completion: Your purchase is finalized upon delivery of the "Guidiance Messages," with no further queries possible. For additional questions, please purchase another session. Thank you.

Can I refund my reading?

Because this is a one-way reading, the "Guidiance Messages" (Guidance and Guardian Messages) are guaranteed to be delivered. Therefore, refunds are not possible, except for video calls (*see details below).

• Video Call Refunds: Refunds for video calls are processed manually as our platform, Fourthwall, does not support automatic partial refunds. To initiate a refund, please provide your payment transfer information, such as PayPal or bank account details.

  • 60% Refund: If you fail to show up or communicate within 15-30 minutes of the scheduled time, 60% of the fee will be refunded. The remaining 40% covers the reserved time.
  • Reschedule: If I am unable to conduct the reading as scheduled, we can reschedule at a convenient time for you. Please contact me via provided means.

If there is no response from the customer regarding the refund within 3 days, the service will be considered complete, and no further refunds will be processed.

What if my reading is not exactly what I want?

Tarot readings provide insights into what you need to hear at present and the most crucial aspects of your question. If the reading differs from your expectations, it indicates the importance of listening to that message, as it aligns with the Universe or God's plan (The Source of All Sources, the Only One), which transcends human understanding.

Why do you need the address even though you don't ship anything?

Addresses are required on the Fourthwall platform for all orders. Rest assured, no physical items will be sent unless you purchase a product that requires shipping to your address.
